These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the JHT Real Estate School (“School”) and its online store provided by JHT School (“Provider”). By accessing or using the School or making a purchase from the online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the School or the online store.
- Enrollment and Registration:
a. To enroll in the School or make a purchase, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.
b. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the School or make a purchase.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activity that occurs under your account. - Course Materials:
a. The Provider will provide access to online course materials, including but not limited to videos, lectures, quizzes, textbooks, and other educational resources.
b. The course materials and products are intended for educational purposes only and should not be considered as legal, financial, or professional advice.
c. You may not distribute, reproduce, modify, or sell the course materials or products without the prior written permission of the Provider. - Course Completion and Certification:
a. To successfully complete a course, you must fulfill all the course requirements as outlined by the Provider.
b. The Provider reserves the right to withhold a course completion certificate if the requirements are not met.
c. The completion certificate does not guarantee any professional licenses or certifications. It is your responsibility to comply with the requirements of relevant licensing or certification authorities. - Payment and Refunds:
a. The fees for the School and online store are stated on the Provider’s website and are subject to change without notice.
b. You agree to pay the fees associated with the School and online store according to the payment method selected during the registration process.
c. All fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
d. Shipping costs and timelines for products from the online store will be stated at the time of purchase. - User Conduct:
a. You agree to use the School and online store only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. You shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the School, online store, or the experience of other users.
c. Any unauthorized use of the School or violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your access to the School. - Intellectual Property:
a. All intellectual property rights in the School, online store, and their content, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and course materials, are owned by the Provider or its licensors.
b. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property belonging to the Provider without obtaining prior written permission. - Limitation of Liability:
a. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the course materials or the School’s or online store’s availability.
b. In no event shall the Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the School, online store, or these Terms. - Termination:
a. The Provider may terminate your access to the School and online store at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the Provider or other users.
b. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the School, online store, and any course materials or products. - Modifications:
a. The Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms on the Provider’s website.
b. Your continued use of the School and online store after any modifications to these Terms indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the School, or the online store shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of California. - Severability:
a. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired. - Entire Agreement:
a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the School and online store and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. - Waiver:
a. The failure of the Provider to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. - Assignment:
a. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Provider. The Provider may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms. - Contact Information:
